Infrastructure, Projects & Energy Finance Lawyer | Senior Associate/ Legal Director| 6+ PQE | Manchester city centre A leading UK law firm is looking for an Senior Associate or Legal Director (6+ PQE) to join its Manchester-based Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team, working on a variety of innovative and high-profile projects across social infrastructure, energy, utilities, and transport. About the Role: This firm's market-leading team advises a wide range of clients, including funds, developers, financial institutions, government entities, and NHS Trusts, on some of the most complex and headline-grabbing projects across the UK and internationally. From advising on healthcare infrastructure and energy transitions to transport and regeneration projects, the team handles a diverse caseload that spans multiple sectors. As an Senior Associate or Legal Director, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale transactions such as new build nuclear projects, social housing regeneration, energy resilience schemes, and major transport infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in shaping the team's strategy, nurturing talent, and identifying new business opportunities, while advising on large-scale projects such as offshore wind farms, hospitals, and transport schemes. Key Responsibilities: Advise private and public sector clients across energy, infrastructure, transport, and social infrastructure projects. Draft commercial contracts and provide strategic legal advice for high-profile and complex deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders. Collaborate with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional service on large-scale projects.
