We operate in a high-velocity ecommerce environment. We don't just follow trends; we set the visual standard for the industry. We are looking for a designer who can take our established brand identity (the Persian Blue, the bold typography, the "Cold Club" energy) and deploy it to

drive conversion.


The Role


This is not a "make it pretty" role. This is a

"make it perform"

role.
You will be the visual architect of the customer journey. You will be responsible for elevating our website from a store into an immersive brand experience, while simultaneously feeding our paid media engine with high-converting ad creatives.
You will work strictly within our

Figma Brand Guidelines

--mastering the balance between the fun, accessible vibe of our entry-level products and the sleek, metallic, scientific aesthetic of our PRO line.

Key Responsibilities


1. Web & Landing Page Elevation (The Storefront)



PDP Revolution:

Transform standard product pages into rich, visual experiences. You will use our

3D renders

and brand assets to design "exploded views," feature breakdowns, and icon-driven benefits sections that justify our premium price points.

High-Converting Landing Pages:

Design dedicated landing pages for Black Friday, Influencer bundles, and new product drops. You understand visual hierarchy and how to design layouts that guide the user's eye to the "Add to Cart" button.

Site UX/UI Polish:

Ensure the website feels premium across all touchpoints. From the homepage banner to the checkout icons, you will ensure our primary "Lumi Blue" (#214FC4) and secondary palettes are applied consistently.

2. Paid Media Creative (The Growth Engine)



Thumb-Stopping Video Ads:

You will edit short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok. You understand that the

Thumbnail

and the

First 3 Seconds

are the most critical design elements.

Visual Hooks:

You will design text overlays and intro graphics that scream "benefit" (e.g., "0C Recovery" or "The Pod vs. The Barrel"*).

Static Performance Ads:

Create clean, "Us vs. Them" comparison charts, feature-callout graphics, and sale banners that stand out in a cluttered feed.

3. Brand Guardianship & 3D utilization



The "Lumi" Aesthetic:

You will be the guardian of our visual identity. You ensure that fonts, kerning, and color codes align perfectly with our guidelines across Email (Klaviyo), Social, and Web.

3D Compositing:

You will take our raw 3D product files and composite them into aspirational lifestyle environments (e.g., placing the PRO Barrel in a sleek modern gym) to create hero imagery that looks hyper-realistic.

What We're Looking For



The "Hybrid" Portfolio:

We need to see a mix of

Web Design

(UI/Landing Pages) AND

Performance Marketing

(Social Ads).

Commercial Mindset:

You understand that design is a tool to sell inventory. You are happy to iterate on a design based on data (e.g., "The CTR was low, let's change the thumbnail color."*).

Brand Fluency:

You can look at our guidelines and understand how to adapt the tone for different audiences--fun and energetic for the Recovery Pod, sleek and technical for the PRO line.

Tech Stack:

Expert:

Figma (Web/Layouts), Photoshop (Compositing), Illustrator (Vectors).

Proficient:

Premiere Pro / After Effects (Video ads & motion).

Bonus:

Experience with Shopify page builders (GemPages/Shogun) or 3D software (Blender/C4D).

You are agile. If a trend takes off on TikTok in the morning, you can have a branded asset ready by the afternoon. You are detail-oriented. You spot a misaligned pixel or the wrong hex code immediately. You are interested in wellness, recovery, or fitness.
