In-House General Legal Counsel

We are looking for an In-House General Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team on a part-time, permanent basis. The right candidate will be an integral part of the business, acting as the go-to for all legal queries across Dryrobe.


If you are an experienced commercial lawyer with a minimum of 5 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE), this could be the role for you.

Job Summary

The In-House General Legal Counsel will be responsible for managing all legal queries across the business. These responsibilities include Comprehensive Commercial Contract Management, Strategic Liaison with Local Counsel, Prudent Management of Legal Budget, Risk Management and Compliance Framework, IP Strategy and Protection, Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management, as well as handling ad-hoc legal queries across departments.


The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of GDPR, familiarity with IP and competition law, and experience with small-scale dispute resolution.

Location

Office-based, however after initial induction and training to the company we would consider hybrid working. Our office is based at Dryrobe HQ, Braunton, North Devon.

Job type

Part-time, permanent.

Hours

Part-time; Monday to Thursday, 9 am - 12.30 pm.
