The Role:
We are looking for a designer to join our in-house Marketing team, crafting eye-catching visuals that strengthen our brand presence across print, digital, and social platforms. In this role, you'll create graphics for email campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials, as well as animate content for digital use. You'll collaborate on a diverse range of projects across the business. You will work closely with our key stakeholders, internal marketing team, web developers and external agencies (print, brand, PR and media) to ensure consistency and excellence across both digital and physical environments.
Briefs will include, but not be limited to, product packaging, product brochures and literature, promotional POS, website asset design, website content, email content, social media graphics, corporate stationery, merchandise and video content.
This is a part time position available over 2 full days (9am-5pm). Candidates seeking 3 days may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop brand-enhancing creative assets for email, web, and print--working both independently from briefs and collaboratively with key stakeholders.
- Maintain consistency with company branding, style guidelines, and visual standards across all design outputs.
- Manage project workflows with excellent organisation skills to meet or stay ahead of deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas, input and visual research to a variety of business projects.
- Clearly communicate project statuses to colleagues and managers.
- Oversee the printing of promotional materials and merchandise to the agreed specification. Including requesting quotations, record keeping, opening packaging and ensuring onward delivery.
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Manage the archiving of photos and design work.
- Making post-production edits to images.
- Support with visualisation of show/event stands.
- Produce branded templates for internal and external use.
Personal Requirements & Qualities:
- Keep abreast of design trends and new techniques.
- Familiar with all social platforms, email design and web CMS.
- Previous experience working with and creating brand guidelines.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.

- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, META, Microsoft, TikTok) and their requirements.
- Understanding of the outdoor living industry and lifestyle brands.
Terms:
- Part-Time - Salary 28,000 - 33,000 DOE (pro rata)
- Depending on the candidate, the role offers hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totalling 15 hours per week over 2 days (Monday to Friday, must include Thursday)*. Candidates seeking 3 days (22.5 hours) may also be considered
