We are seeking a talented and creative

In-House Photographer & Visual Marketing Specialist

to join Dawsons- Swansea's leading and multi award winning independent estate agency. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the visual presentation of our brand and property portfolio.

Based at our Customer Experience Hub in Killay, you will work closely with our branch network and Marketing & PR team to deliver high-quality visual content that captures the essence of each property and reflects the Dawsons brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional property photography, videography, floorplans, (and EPCs for all new listings across our sales branches - not a requirement of the role but preferred) Ensure all visual content meets the high-quality standards and branding of Dawsons. Proactively upsell and provide services such as drone photography and twilight imagery to clients. Collaborate with the Marketing & PR team, to support wider marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and brand content creation. Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring all tools and software are kept up to date and in excellent working condition. Contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual marketing presence and help shape our evolving brand identity.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has a passion for property, design, and visual storytelling. Possesses strong technical photography skills, with experience in

interior, exterior, and lifestyle photography

. Is confident in

photo editing

and familiar with relevant software (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.). Has experience producing

floorplans

and, ideally, EPCs (though not a strict requirement). Holds a

full UK driving licence

. Is flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

Customer Service Hub, Killay

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
(Some weekend and evening work may be required to meet client needs)
