Job Description

This is the ideal role for a Sales Representative looking for a new challenge. You must demonstrate a highly professional approach and a self-starter attitude. Forward-thinking and resilience are a must.


Make proactive outbound calls to past customers and prospects to promote and sell our products and services. Build lasting relationships by understanding the needs of prospects and customers and offering tailored solutions. Develop strong product expertise to handle questions and provide advice confidently. Consistently achieve and aim to exceed sales targets and KPIs. Spot and qualify new business opportunities while actively following up on leads. Process sales orders accurately and keep client records up to date in our CRM system. Gather valuable market insights and handle customer concerns promptly and professionally. Focus on creating win-win outcomes. Be willing and flexible to travel as required. Bring current or previous experience as a salesperson. Demonstrate strong account management, strategic thinking, and organisational skills. Possess proven experience in negotiation and contracting. Confidently use the full Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and database management tools.
