We are looking for a highly skilled

In-House Tax Specialist

to manage both domestic and international tax matters for a U.S.-based company with global subsidiaries. This role requires strong technical expertise in U.S. federal and state tax compliance, international tax laws, and transfer pricing. You will play a critical role in tax reporting, planning, and ensuring global tax compliance in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

How You'll Drive Success





U.S. Domestic Tax:



Prepare and review federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns. Support the calculation of quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740. Assist sales/use, franchise, property, and indirect tax team with filings across multiple jurisdictions.

International Tax:



Ensure compliance with foreign tax reporting requirements (e.g., Form 5471, 5472, 8858, 1118, etc.). Collaborate with local finance teams and external advisors to ensure accurate tax filings in foreign jurisdictions. Assist with implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions. Monitor global tax developments (BEPS, Pillar 1 & 2, OECD guidelines) and assess potential impacts.

Strategic & Advisory Support:



Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, HR, FP&A) on cross-border tax issues (e.g., permanent establishment risk, withholding taxes, employee mobility). Support tax planning initiatives to optimize the global effective tax rate. Contribute to M&A tax due diligence and post-acquisition integration, as needed. Manage tax audits and respond to inquiries from domestic and international tax authorities.

What makes you the perfect fit







Education & Certification:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and international tax principles.

Experience:



3+ years of corporate tax experience, including at least 2 years with international tax exposure. Experience with multinational corporate structures and intercompany transactions. Public accounting or large multinational corporate tax department experience preferred.

Skills:



Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws, foreign reporting requirements, and international tax frameworks. Familiarity with ASC 740, BEPS, and transfer pricing principles. Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Corptax, OneSource) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle). Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
