The opportunity





As we continue our growth journey, our Partnership Acquisition team play a key role in increasing our adviser headcount and securing new growth firms into the Partnership. To support this, we are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join them in their mission. This is a key and vital role, supporting our Partnership Acquisition Managers reaching their targets by generating sales leads, creating, cultivating and maintaining customer relationships.



To be successful in this role, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. An outstanding relationship builder, with motivation and a target driven mindset, you must demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.



This is a hybrid role with two days per week in our Swindon office.

Key Accountabilities:


Use data to follow up marketing campaigns and cold call targeted networks/individuals with the objective of securing appointments for Partnership Acquisition Managers. Work in collaboration with the Partnership Acquisition team to understand the vision and take this to the market. Coordinate with Marketing to gather click and open rates, enabling us to manage successful campaign messages. Develop legacy data and cleanse. Identify market trends and competitor intelligence from calls in collaboration with the team.
Support the team with identifying potential Financial Services events and networks.

What will you need to succeed?




Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous or previous experience in working in a regulated environment Familiarity with telesales and how best to build a rapport over the telephone, handle objections and respond professionally Knowledge of data management practices such as how to maintain and cleanse data Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with potential candidates, clients, and internal teams. This includes the ability to convey messages clearly and handle questions or objections professionally. Sales and Persuasion: Experience in sales, particularly tele sales, is important. The ability to persuade and secure appointments for Partnership Acquisition Managers (PAMs) is a key aspect of the role. Collaboration: The ability to work closely with broader business, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders is essential. Market Research: Skills in market research and competitor analysis are important for identifying trends, gathering intelligence, and supporting campaign strategies. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks, such as distributing incoming leads, maintaining template emails, and certifying documents. Customer Service: A customer-centric approach and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients are vital.
