As an in-house trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training courses across Five Rivers and Partners, providing essential training to support the staff teams in Turning Children's Lives Around.
You'll work closely with the Learning & Development Manager and Operations Leads to identify skills gaps and ensure our teams have the knowledge and confidence to excel in their roles.
Previous experience in a Training, Learning & Development, or Coaching role is essential for this role. You will need to be a confident communicator with proven strong presentation and facilitation skills.
You will be confident in monitoring and evaluating the training courses, as well as delivering feedback, and staying up to date with industry best practices and learning technologies.
Teamwork is essential to this role, and you will be required to attend Team Meetings for the Learning and Development team as well as the wider HR Team.
There will be extensive travel in this role, covering Salisbury, Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, and London. On occasion, you may need to support our Trainer based in the north of England. Being flexible and adaptable in this role is essential.
Key Essential Criteria:
Recognised training qualification e.g. PTLLS or AET Level 3 (essential), alongside a CIPD accreditation (desirable)
Driving Licence and Vehicle
Excellent Organisational Skills
Proven ability to adapt training styles to suit different learning needs
Experience in working within Children's Services is desirable but not essential
Proven Ability in use of Microsoft office suite

Friday 9 am -16:30
