Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Manufacturing & Process Manager. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on process expertise with strong leadership skills, driving efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across all moulding operations.

The Role



Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day injection moulding production--ensuring output, quality and delivery targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional standards in safety, compliance, and operational performance. You'll lead a skilled team, optimise processes, improve OEE, reduce scrap, and support new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily moulding production to meet quality, output and delivery targets. Lead and manage the team, including training, shift planning and resource allocation. Carry out minor tooling repairs and adjustments (including hot runner systems) and manage subcontracted major repairs. Monitor machine performance and drive improvements in OEE and machine utilisation. Troubleshoot moulding, tooling and automation issues, implementing corrective actions. Standardise moulding parameters and operating procedures for consistent output. Support new product launches and validations alongside tooling and design teams. Drive Lean, CI and Six Sigma initiatives across the plant. Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain and Customer Service to maintain compliance and support customer requirements. Ensure full adherence to BRC, GMP, PPE, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards. Promote strong housekeeping, waste reduction, and safe working practices.

What We're Looking For



Strong background in injection moulding production and process optimisation. Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Technical understanding of tooling, moulding machines, hot runner systems, and repair/maintenance. Confident in problem-solving, fault finding and process improvement. Knowledge of BRC, ISO, GMP or similar regulated manufacturing environments. A proactive leader with a hands-on approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Performance Measures



Reduction in scrap and improved cycle times. Strong OEE and machine utilisation performance. Compliance with BRC, Quality and Health & Safety standards. Demonstrated ability to reduce costs through process improvements.

Pay: 45,000.00 per year
