Job Overview


As an Innerclean Technician, you will be responsible for the cleaning services. Innerclean specialises in kitchen extract cleaning, and laundry duct cleaning ranging from clients in Hotels, Casinos, Restaurants, Bars and Education Premises in which are based all over the Northwest of UK. Technicians are responsible for the delivery of our services/goods to customer sites in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Acting as ambassadors for our business, excellent customer service skills are required.

Duties



Cleaning of Kitchen and Laundry Grease / Air Extract systems to insurance and fire-safety standards. This will include but will not be restricted to. Removal of grease, dust and residues Cleaning of all parts of the systems to include, canopies, plenums, filters, spigots, ducting, fans and discharge sections / grills o Installation of access/inspection doors Removal of fans to facilitate cleaning Removal of sections of ductwork to facilitate cleaning Use of the appropriate cleaning chemicals to assist cleaning Use of access platforms and ladders to assist in the safe cleaning of the systems Documenting the pre and post clean process using cameras for post clean report imagery Emailing cleaning process imagery to the Service Supervisors daily Ensuring the system is fully cleaned to all accessible areas to comply with fire-safety Ensuring the customers site is left in a clean and safe manner on completion of the cleaning works Keeping company vehicle clean, fully stocked, and ready to use

Skills



Full Clean UK Driving Licence preferred, or up to maximum 6 points on licence Comfortable with working at height and working off several types of ladder and access platforms. Experience with basic hand and power tools. Ability to organize and plan own workload This is a role where you will be required to work as part of a team and occasionally on your own and able to assess and react to situations using common sense to ensure the work gets completed in the allocated time span. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills An ability to remain professional and diplomatic whilst dealing with customers. The successful candidate will be subjected to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. Flexible on working times (evening) and occasional work away from home
