Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role where you will be at the heart of our sales engine, managing a mix of existing accounts and new business opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities:
Grow Revenue & Relationships: Manage, develop, and grow existing client accounts through cross-selling and up-selling our range of services.
Generate New Business: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through sales outreach, follow-ups, and re-engaging lapsed customers.
Deliver Outstanding Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate for Success: Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure the efficient handling of shipments and smooth end-to-end customer communication.
Drive Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain Precision: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company CRM system.
About You (Our Ideal Candidate)
We are looking for a self-driven professional who thrives in a target-oriented environment.
Proven experience in an inside sales or telesales role within courier, freight forwarding, or logistics.
A confident communicator with excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven and able to work independently to manage the full sales process, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
