This is your chance to step into a role where effort = reward. We're building a proactive Inside Sales team to drive growth across Recycling Lives Services. You'll be at the sharp end of creating new opportunities: re-engaging lapsed customers, opening doors with new ones, and closing straightforward wins that make an immediate impact.

Recycling Lives Services provide services for WEEE, Batteries and Packaging compliance as well as total waste management services. We provide UK wide coverage and by working closely with Recycling Lives Charity we deliver positive outcomes for people and planet in all we do. We deliver services that change lives.

What you'll be doing
Proactively build pipeline through high-volume outbound activity.
Re-engage lapsed and dormant accounts to rebuild trust and secure new revenue.
Spot and close straightforward quick-win opportunities.
Qualify and book high-quality opportunities for BDMs to close.
Follow up on warm enquiries and inbound interest to accelerate deals.
Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date with all activity and pipeline.
Hit clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
