Job Description

We are an industrial supplier and product sourcing company based in Govan, Glasgow, selling an infinite range of products including fasteners, fixings, hand tools, power tools, engineering products, packaging and janitorial supplies. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a polite manner and outstanding attitude to deal with inbound sales enquiries.

The suitable candidate will be comfortable speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone, by email and in person at our trade counter. They will have excellent writing, numerical and computing skills, must be a good listener, be well organised, have attention to detail and be comfortable working under pressure. Experience in a similar role is essential and related product knowledge would be highly advantageous, particularly with fasteners, tools and workwear.

Anticipated Hours:

7.30am to 4.00pm Mon - Thurs, 7.30am to 3.00pm Fridays

(approx. 28,250 per annum)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.09 per hour

Expected hours: 41.5 per week
