We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with customers via an online retail platform such as TikTok. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of how to sell products using sales techniques that the candidate should already possess. Duties
Conduct live stream shows to showcase the most exciting stock we have.
Respond promptly to communication with the team about new items being added, stock counts and / or changes to the live showcase.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client base through good communication and by committing to a positive and friendly attitude with our customers on the platforms.
Identify new products which could be sold on the live shows by way of the candidates own research or by communicating with the customers on the live shows.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Experience in any type of sales is ideal.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Punctuality is a must!
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate with our customers.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Use of own car with a fully valid UK Driving License.
