Job Description
ProFormance Metals is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.
We are specialist stockholders of metals and plastics supplying the
Motorsport, Aerospace, Defence, and Film industries worldwide
. Our diverse client base ranges from private hobbyists to large multinational organisations. Our core product range supports customers in the manufacture of roll cages, chassis, and suspension components, as well as the restoration and maintenance of historic vehicles and aircraft.While an enthusiasm for motorsport would be an advantage, it is not essential.
Key Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Full training will be provided, including on our bespoke stock control system.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone Preparing and issuing customer quotations Creating purchase orders for stock and back-to-back orders Liaising with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order dispatch Accurately checking and referencing incoming and outgoing documentation
Please note that this role may involve some manual handling of metal tubes, bars, and sheets.
