The Role



As an

Inside Sales Representative

, you will be trusted to look after customer relationships and play a key role in how we support and grow our customer base.

You will gain exposure to different parts of the business, build valuable product and commercial knowledge, and develop skills that will support your long-term career, whether that is deepening your expertise in sales or growing into new opportunities over time.

This is a role where your ideas, curiosity, and willingness to learn will be encouraged.

What Will You Be Doing?



Being the main point of contact for customers and building strong, trusted relationships.

Managing enquiries from initial conversation through to order and delivery.

Preparing quotations, pricing, and proposals.

Processing orders accurately and keeping customers informed.

Working closely with colleagues across the business.

Supporting special orders, colour matching, and new product requests.

Maintaining accurate information in our ERP system (Microsoft NAV).

You Might Bring Some of The Following:



Depending on your background, you may bring some (not necessarily all) of the following:

Fluency in French (essential for this role).



A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

The ability to organise your work and manage multiple tasks.

A proactive, positive approach and a willingness to learn.

Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a commercial role (helpful, not essential).

German language skills are a bonus but not required.
