As the frontline ambassador for the company, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth - making a real impact on the customer journey.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop a deep understanding of our technology and how it benefits customers
Follow up on inbound leads to identify and secure high-value opportunities
Identify, nurture, and qualify prospects from target lists
Use outbound methods such as calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings
Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects, converting them into qualified opportunities
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Outgoing, confident, and resilient when facing challenges
Driven to succeed and progress within a sales-focused environment
Comfortable with outbound outreach including social selling, cold calling, and email marketing
Target-driven with a proactive mindset
