Inside Sales Representative - Life Sciences USA
to join our Commercial team in the UK.
The Role
Reporting to the ONFAB Sales Director, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by developing and expanding relationships with contract pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech firms, and other key players in the life sciences sector. You will have a strong background in sales, business development and have the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Business Development & Sales Growth:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life sciences sector, with a focus on contract pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Drive revenue growth by prospecting, lead qualification, and expanding market penetration.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and company objectives.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact, client visit where needs assessment is required to allow closing of deals and existing account management.
Customer Engagement & Commitment:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their challenges and align ONFAB solutions to their specific needs.
Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to educate and demonstrate the value of our products in CDMO and drug manufacturing applications.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams--including R&D, Product Management, and Operations--to ensure seamless execution of customer projects and product customization.
Support distributor partners in your territory, leveraging their relationships with customers to expand awareness and sales of ONFAB products.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring timely responses to inquiries, order follow-ups, and resolution of technical or service-related issues.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and strengthen ONFAB's brand presence in the life sciences market.
Pricing, Quoting & Strategic Support:
Work closely with internal teams to develop pricing strategies and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Support the development of quotations and contract negotiations to ensure competitive positioning.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive data-driven decision-making.
About You
To join us as our
Inside Sales Representative,
you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build lasting customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel on occasion to engage with customers and attend industry events.
