Claris, an Apple Company is looking for an outstanding, collaborative and ambitious Inside Sales Representative tasked with growing our new business in EMEA. This position is based in our Battersea office.




Description



The Inside Sales Representative (ISR), reporting into the EMEA New Business Manager, will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will also build rapport with customers and strategic partners through friendly and engaging communication. In this role, you will be a great teammate and define/manage/coordinate work with individuals across the Claris organization. You will collaborate with other ISR's and Sales Management to ensure there is effective engagement with all opportunities. This is a quota carrying position with the goal to increase Claris new and expansion sales in EMEA.","responsibilities":"Manage a sales pipeline and maintain our internal customer license database.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.


Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.

Achieve quarterly revenue targets through inbound/outbound telephone sales.


Up-sell and cross-sell within our install base to generate new licensing opportunities.


Diagnose our customers' business problems, find pain points, and recommend the best solution.



Preferred Qualifications



Business software industry experience; knowledge of FileMaker.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills.

Solid team leadership skills, with an ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.

BA/BS Degree or equivalent.



Minimum Qualifications



Experience in sales, marketing and/or business development in EMEA.


Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.

Have a professional, decisive personality with the ability to excel in a team-

oriented atmosphere.

The ability to diagnose deals, find pain points, and build opportunities.

Capable of multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbility to operate independently with a high degree of ownership.

Passion for solving problems and optimizing systems.

Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
