Responsibilities
Vendor relationships-
Manage global bids and programs - EOL products, company standard changes etc Account mapping Internal Vendor AM-CDW relationship Regular cadence calls (monthly) Negotiation of discounts
Customer relationship -
Own and Manage Operational cadence calls - What we do well, what need improving Open quotes and Back order updates - Structured, Scheduled meetings Building and delivering Regular reports Inventory management Customer onboarding Operational Escalation 1st Point Renewal management software and managed services Catalogue ownership Customer SLA management in relation to Product fulfilment and query response times Servicetrack onboarding High value/complex Quotes/Orders Grow attach rates Supporting meetings and QBR preparation Build and maintain processes to deliver high customer experience Work alongside Account Director to establish customer communication workflows (i.e inbox management)
Internal relationship -
Contribute To Account plan Co-ordinate customer expectations to relevant departments Internal 1st point of escalation - examples - Credit, invoicing, Sales Support, Regular Cadence and collaboration with Seller and Sales manager.
Personal development -
Learning Technology Basics Learning sales and customer service basics Process improvement Best practice sharing Individual Development Plans (certifications, accreditations, LEED, Project Management, etc)
