The Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven and tech-curious
Inside Sales Representative
to join our robotic sales team. Your primary focus will be to generate, qualify, and convert leads for our robotics solutions. You'll play a key role in driving growth by managing inbound enquiries, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline from interest to close.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation & Pipeline Management
Generate leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, referrals, and inbound enquiry follow-up
Qualify prospects and identify customer pain points, aligning them with our robotic solutions
Maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline using
HubSpot CRM
Prepare and present customised proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
Deliver persuasive virtual and in-person product demonstrations for robotic units
Support the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal progression
Track performance against monthly KPIs and contribute to overall business development targets
Product Knowledge & Market Engagement
Understand and confidently communicate the technical and operational features of our robotic products
Maintain and update internal product resources using
Notion workspace
Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and feedback loops
Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and new use cases across key sectors
Provide client feedback to the operations and product teams to support continual improvement
Client Interaction & Communication
Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, building rapport and trust quickly
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate demo logistics as needed
Ensure continuous communication and follow-up throughout the sales journey
Assist with onboarding handovers post-sale, ensuring client expectations are met
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B customer-facing roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable managing outbound and inbound sales activities
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and tasks at once
Interest in smart technology, automation, or robotics
Experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms (preferred)
Confident in delivering presentations and engaging senior stakeholders

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
