The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic and organised
Inside Sales Representative
to join our EPoS sales team. You'll be responsible for engaging with hospitality businesses, qualifying their needs, and providing tailored recommendations that improve their operations through SPARK's unified EPoS ecosystem. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role for someone passionate about tech, sales, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Execution
Proactively generate leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Respond promptly to inbound sales enquiries from restaurants, cafes, takeaways, and food outlets
Qualify leads by understanding their existing systems, pain points, and operational needs
Present the value of SPARK's EPoS solution clearly, confidently, and consultatively
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using
HubSpot CRM
, tracking all interactions and progress
Coordinate and deliver virtual and in-person demos of our hardware and software
Prepare and present customised sales proposals and quotations
Follow up diligently and close deals in line with monthly and quarterly KPIs
Client Support & Collaboration
Collaborate with the operations team for onboarding timelines, setup, and handovers
Work with the marketing team to support EPoS-focused campaigns and promotions
Contribute feedback to the product and support teams to improve client experience
Stay informed on competitors, pricing trends, and product developments in the EPoS space
Market Focus
Target key segments in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, cafes, QSRs, dark kitchens, and food halls
Keep up with sector-specific trends such as self-service kiosks, QR ordering, and loyalty integration
Represent SPARK at events and trade exhibitions when needed
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or hospitality tech sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy, with the ability to explain software and hardware solutions to non-technical audiences
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable handling a high volume of leads
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot
Familiarity with the UK hospitality industry is highly desirable

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
