Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach.
Book first-time appointments (FTAs) with key decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and target lists.
Share feedback from conversations to support the wider business development strategy.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
Confidence to speak with business leaders (training provided).
