Duties
Engage with prospective clients through telemarketing and follow-up calls to generate leads and close sales.
Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to converse in Spanish being a significant advantage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Provide product information and demonstrations as required, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
Experience
Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for successful client interactions.
A background in sales or customer service will be advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
