Job Description

We are looking for an Insight Manager to drive transformative change for our clients through expert research and analysis. You will manage a range of quantitative and qualitative projects, from design to delivery, ensuring they precisely meet client objectives.



The ideal candidate is a proactive project manager with a sharp eye for detail, skilled at translating data into actionable insights. You thrive in a team environment while taking ownership of your work, building trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

Impactful client delivery

You are considered a trusted research project manager. You are eager to move projects forward and play a key role in the planning, set-up and management of projects of increasing complexity (e.g., multinational, multi-methodology, etc.), with support from senior team members. You are actively interested in the use of AI to work more efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a strong 'human' touch. You learn how to use AI in a business relevant way, to contextualize your work and add value to the client. You understand how to use behavioral frameworks and models. With guidance you know how to apply these in your analysis and reporting. You have experience in presenting research projects to clients, likely with senior support as needed.

Account Management

You will be comfortable having a lot of client contact and being the lead project manager, as well as supporting senior consultants with project-related tasks, communications, and enacting client strategies. You have a good understanding of the client's needs and business objectives, and are open to being able to challenge and think along. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social science, psychology, business, economics) or equivalent practical experience. Around 5 years of professional research experience.
