Overview


We seek to appoint 2 Insolvency Case Leads who will be responsible for working alongside our IP in Morley. You will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end insolvency casework, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and procedural requirements are met. This role oversees case progression, stakeholder communication, asset realisation, and reporting, while providing strategic guidance on complex insolvency matters.

Key Responsibilities



1. Case Management & Administration



Lead the full lifecycle of insolvency cases (liquidations, administrations, bankruptcies, CVAs, etc.). Conduct initial case assessments, including reviewing financial records, identifying assets, and analyzing creditor positions. Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation, professional standards, and internal policies.

2. Stakeholder Engagement



Act as the primary contact for creditors, directors, employees, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies. Prepare and present reports to creditors, courts, and regulatory agencies. Facilitate creditor meetings and handle requests for information.

3. Financial & Investigative Duties



Oversee asset identification, valuation, and realization. Manage claim adjudication and distributions to creditors. Conduct investigations into director conduct, financial irregularities, and potential recoveries (antecedent transactions, misfeasance, etc.).

4. Strategic Oversight & Decision-Making



Evaluate case strategies and advise on optimal approaches to maximize returns to creditors. Identify risks and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies. Supervise case teams and delegate tasks effectively.

5. Documentation & Compliance



Ensure all statutory filings, notices, and reports are completed accurately and on time. Maintain high-quality case records and audit trails. Stay updated on legislative changes in insolvency and restructuring.

Skills & Qualifications



Strong understanding of insolvency law, financial analysis, and corporate restructuring. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities. Minimum of 2 years experience with insolvency case management systems and financial software. Professional qualifications (e.g., CPI, JIEB, ICAEW, ACCA) preferred.

Pay: 33,000.00-37,000.00 per year
