We are immediately seeking a Install Co-Ordinator to support IRS' contracted clients throughout the Midlands and surrounding area with delivery of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Ventilation projects.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Install Coordinator is tasked with managing and coordinating all elements of installation requests that come through to our busy office. This role includes:
Coordinate and support HVAC Installation activities.
Schedule site visits, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including work orders, schedules, job files, and compliance records.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure timely completion.
Serve as the main point of contact between managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients.
Assist with preparing proposals and quotations.
Ensure all safety and compliance documentation is up to date.
Attend meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
Issue of commissioning reports and handover files.
General office administration
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative / coordinator role
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Full UK driving license.
Desirable Attributes
Preference to have previous experience in a coordination role within the HVAC, construction, or mechanical services industry.
Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance requirements with HVAC industry.
Package
Basic salary between 27,000 per annum based on suitability and experience
Salary based on 39-hour week
Performance related bonus scheme paid twice per annum up to 1.5K per annum
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
