The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Install Co-ordinator to support our Installation Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating the logistics that keep our projects running smoothly, from booking travel and managing documentation to liaising with subcontractors and keeping project records up to date.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all travel and accommodation arrangements for installation teams. Manage project information and ensure all job details are accurately recorded and kept up to date. Organise and track all bookings related to installation projects, including travel, accommodation and third-party services. Prepare and issue installation packs and documentation to support smooth project delivery. Work closely with the finance team to ensure installation teams have the necessary funds and expenses arranged in advance. Schedule and liaise with subcontractors, ensuring all necessary details and materials are provided ahead of time. Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses. Keep organised records of project documentation, including sign-off sheets, photos and related files.

The Ideal Candidate

Passionate about the sports and fitness industry with knowledge of fitness equipment. Experience in an administrative capacity. An energetic, confident, and friendly personality with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively via telephone and email. Ambitious, driven, and hard-working. Highly methodical, taking ownership of projects from start to finish with attention to detail. Self-motivated, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong team ethos, always willing to support co-workers. Positive approach and "can do" attitude, eager to excel and grow with the company. Degree-educated is beneficial but not essential.
