Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of stairlift systems in customers' homes and commercial settings. This role ensures that all installations are completed safely, accurately, and with minimal disruption, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install straight and curved stairlifts systems according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements. Conduct thorough inspections of installed systems to ensure proper functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance or installation errors. Collaborate with team members to design effective system layouts and configurations. Utilise hand tools, power tools, and computer hardware as necessary for installations. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to installations.

Qualifications/Key Skills Required

Proven Experience in stairlift installation or similar field-based engineering role Excellent customer service and communication abilities Strong mechanical and electrical skills Full UK driving license NVQ Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
