Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Bathroom Installation Manager to oversee the complete installation process of bathroom projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating materials, managing fitters, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule. A strong knowledge of plumbing components, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to lead a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of bathroom installations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Material Management: Oversee all deliveries, ensuring fitters have the correct materials and tools at the right time and place.

Team Management: Organise and coordinate bathroom fitters, assigning jobs and managing their schedules.

Quality Assurance: Monitor installations to ensure all work is completed to company standards and adheres to health and safety regulations.

Problem Solving: Quickly resolve on-site issues or delays to keep projects on track.

Communication: Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of installations.

Inventory Control: Maintain a good level of plumbing parts and materials stock, and order as necessary.

Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to check progress, workmanship, and compliance with specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bathroom & kitchen installations or plumbing project management.

Strong knowledge of plumbing components and installation processes.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.

Full UK driving licence (if applicable).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
