About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and proactive

Installation Manager

to lead and develop our team of installers, who deliver and fit domestic appliances in customers' homes. This is a critical role that ensures our installations are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support a team of appliance installers and delivery personnel. Oversee the day-to-day coordination of installation schedules, ensuring timely and professional service. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure the team maintains high standards of technical ability, safety, and customer service. Conduct regular performance reviews and support improvement plans where necessary. Ensure all installations comply with health & safety regulations and company policies. Act as a key point of contact for escalations and problem-solving on-site and remotely.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role - ideally within home appliance installation, logistics, or field services. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A solid understanding of health & safety compliance and installation standards. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. Full UK driving licence (or equivalent).
