Installation Manager
to take ownership of our installation operations.
This role is key to ensuring every Eden Windows project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard. You'll oversee our Installation Team and work closely with Sales and Customer Care to make sure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional experience from order through to completion.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the Installation Team to deliver projects to a first-class standard.
Oversee scheduling, resources, and supply chain to keep installations running efficiently.
Resolve issues quickly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive quality standards, ensuring "right first time" installations.
Work with management to improve processes and maintain cost-effective operations.
About you
Proven experience managing installations within home improvements, construction, or a related sector.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
A problem solver with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Commercially aware with the ability to manage costs and resources effectively.
