The Opportunity



As the Installation Manager for Primal Strength, you will become a key member of the Operations Management team from the outset, with responsibility for the scheduling and planning of all gym installations. This role is multi-faceted and requires a huge amount of attention to detail and you will be a self-starter with a strong ability to work harmoniously with many cross-functional teams across the organisation.

You will have an exceptional level of organisational skills, a strong personality, and be able to think quickly and decisively, whilst applying a strategic approach to planning. You will be a 'hands on' individual with a proven track record in planning and scheduling, instilling a 'right first time' mentality and championing a continuous improvement culture.

You will work internally with the Sales, Operations, Service and Customer Service and Install Teams to ensure that all installations are planned and executed to the highest standard.

Duties and Responsibilities



Responsibility for planning all installations, working with the sales team, the internal and external installers, and the logistics network. Liaising with the sales team and the customer to ensure sites are prepared and ready for install and planning installers weeks to maximise efficiency. Supervise installation teams, providing guidance and support throughout the process Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to schedule installations and manage resources effectively Working closely with dispatch and service to schedule and ensure timely and accurate picks and pre checks. Working with transport to arrange dedicated vehicles, and timed deliveries. Reporting on weekly installs to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met by both the external and internal teams, reviewing process to reduce costs and improve service levels. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with ability to prioritise to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Knowledge



3 years' (minimum) experience of successful delivery in a planning role. Excellent organisational and time management skills Demonstrable experience of applying problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges during installations Proven experience of providing excellent communication levels in a similar role with key stakeholders Can display experience of excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: 55,000.00 per year
