Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Installs to lead our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing installations for solar and air source heat pump projects. This role involves coordinating installations, ordering materials, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation of solar PV systems, air source heat pumps, and insulation projects. Order and manage materials and equipment required for installations. Coordinate and supervise the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Ensure all installations comply with health and safety regulations and company standards. Liaise with clients to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head of Installs or similar role within the solar and air source industry. Strong knowledge of installation processes and health and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: 35,000.00-42,000.00 per year
