Summary
We are seeking an Installations Operative to work with Allelys Projects / Installations team on carrying out safely and efficiently, all aspects of installations work including, but not limited to jacking, skidding and lifting. This role is essential in ensuring the successful installation of equipment and materials for our projects, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional service on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
To work primarily as part of the project team.
Working at various sites across the UK
To carry out the role in adherence with Allelys Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Adhere to all third-party site rules and procedures.
Attend job appropriate in-house and external training courses when requested.
To carry out jacking and skidding operations as instructed by Allelys Site Supervisor/ Project Manager and in accordance with the project RAMS.
The operation of plant and machinery after receiving appropriate training and certification
Responsible to report any problems, malfunctions, accidents or incidents to Operations Manager, Project Manager or Site Supervisor.
Assist with maintenance of Allelys equipment
Manual handling activities
Pre and post inspection of tackle used on site.
Assist with loading and unloading of equipment when in Allelys yard

Qualifications / Skills
Good knowledge of the Heavy Lift industry
Full driving licence
Site experience in engineered construction
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation skills; both personal and professional
The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own
Travel, nights away will be required for varying durations.
CITB Safety Passport / CSCS labourers' card - Essential
Slinger signaller CPCS / NPORS
Telehandler CPCS / NPORS
Crane Supervisor CPCS - desirable but not essential
Knowledge of hydraulic jacking systems
