Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer experiences? We're looking for a motivated

Installation & Service Specialist

to play a key role in supporting Nok? projects across the UK and Europe.

In this exciting role, you'll be the go-to contact for installations, support new team members through training and mentoring, and provide first-level technical escalation for our growing Nok? team. No two days will be the same--you'll be working hands-on with installations, coordinating projects, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for our customers.

What you'll do

Lead Nok? installations for key projects across the UK & Europe. Be the first point of contact for technical queries, guiding and supporting technicians. Support onboarding and training for new team members. Work closely with installers to ensure high-quality installations to Janus standards. Collaborate with Operations to keep projects on track and within deadlines. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. Provide emergency response support to customers when needed.
What we're looking for

Strong hands-on experience with installation methods, ideally in access entry systems. A customer-focused, collaborative mindset. Solid technical and mechanical aptitude. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project). Ability to travel across the UK & Europe. Full driving licence and valid passport. Comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 42,000.00 per year
