We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Installation Co-ordinator
to join us at Stannah. This is an office based role, located in Andover, Hampshire, supporting our Platform Lifts and Microlifts division.
The
Installation Co-ordinator
is responsible for coordinating all aspects of installation activities and to provide day to day support to customer sites so that installations are scheduled and progressed efficiently and cost effectively.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and have the ability to work to tight deadlines as well as being a good problem solver.
Working Hours: 8.30 to 5.15 Mon to Thurs and 8.30 - 1.30 Friday.
Installation Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers about installation processes, pre-start checks, and scheduling to meet their expectations.
Handle all customer calls promptly, managing orders, inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
Coordinate effectively with installers, site agents, logistics, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Schedule installations, lift removals, and ensure timely testing and handover aligned with project timelines.
Promote and adhere to health and safety policies throughout all operations.
Installation Co-ordinator Minimum Requirements:
5 GCSE's Level C and above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
Customer Service NVQ (desirable)
