As Installations Manager, you will take full ownership of our installation programme - from project planning to final handover. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage multiple teams, ensure projects run on time and within budget, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
You'll work closely with directors, clients, and suppliers while building and developing installation teams to support our ambitious growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee all day-to-day installation activities and site operations.
Monitor progress against project plans and budgets, resolving issues quickly.
Ensure strict compliance with H&S and technical specifications.
Commercial & Resource Management
Order equipment and materials in line with project timelines.
Allocate installers efficiently based on skills and availability.
Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and cost control.
Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within target margins.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, onboard, and train new installation teams.
Conduct performance reviews and set delivery standards.
Build a positive, accountable, and safety-first culture.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Implement systems to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
Provide accurate reports on timelines, budgets, and quality to directors.
Standardise installation procedures for scalability.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison
Act as primary contact for all installation-related matters.
Maintain excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in project or installation management (construction, M&E, or renewable energy preferred).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills with clients, teams, and suppliers.
What We Offer
Salary:
45,000 - 50,000 per annum (paid monthly).
