Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and supervise installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Manage and lead installation teams, providing guidance and support throughout each phase of the project.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation related to project progress, changes, and resource allocation.
Foster effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaborative problem-solving.
Skills
Proven experience in managing installation projects within Double glazing sector.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction or civil engineering projects.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse audiences. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking a challenging position that combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
This is a self employed role where you will be paid a set wage each week. but you will be responsible for your own tax.
