Job Summary:


Join Ryburne Windows during an exciting time of growth! As an Installer, you'll play a key role in our mission to deliver high-quality UPVC and aluminum installations. Your skills will be crucial in fitting and installing UPVC windows, doors, and related products, making sure they meet industry standards and our customers' specific needs. Your accuracy, technical know-how, and dedication to customer satisfaction will drive our continued success.

Role Responsibilities:



Installation:

Deliver great installations of UPVC windows, doors, and related products, upholding our quality standards.

Measurements and Cutting:

Make sure materials are measured and cut just right to fit project specifications wiyt that ability to read plans and drawings.

Fitting and Sealing:

Make sure UPVC products are fitted securely and are weather-tight.

Adjustments:

Handle any challenges during installation, always aiming for customer satisfaction.

Making Good:

Finish the fabric of the property, focusing on the reveals.

Quality Control:

Regularly check installations to make sure they meet our high standards.

Health and Safety:

Stick to all safety rules, ensuring a safe workspace.

Customer Service:

Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and making sure they're happy.

Van Maintenance:

Keep the van clean and ready for all installation projects.

Person Specification:



Experience as a UPVC Fitter or a similar role. Knowledge of UPVC installation techniques and tools. A sharp eye for detail, especially when measuring and fitting. A problem-solver, ready to tackle installation challenges. Good communication skills for smooth customer interactions. Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights. Good organisational skills to handle multiple projects.
