Essential qualities and experience to include:
Proven track record in a similar job or trained carpenter/joiner.
Good work ethic with a high standard of workmanship.
Full driving licence and willing to travel throughout Lincolnshire & Leicestershire
Ability to work unsupervised although full product training will be given over the first few months.
Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
Highly motivated, upbeat and passionate
