Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Decking Installer

to join our team. The role involves installing high-quality decking solutions at various locations across the UK. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with working away from home, sometimes for extended periods, and must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of PVC and composite decking to a high standard. Reading and interpreting site plans and technical drawings. Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations. Using power tools and hand tools effectively and safely. Working efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time. Travelling to various job sites, often requiring overnight stays. Liaising with clients and site managers to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential). Previous experience in decking installation, carpentry, or a similar trade. Comfortable with working away from home as required. Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
