An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Pro Display to prepare and install our Award-Winning Audiovisual, Digital Signage and Smart Glass Solutions.
The company is based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire and installations would be carried out throughout the UK with some International jobs. The candidate must be able to drive and travel each week to different locations (overnight stays as required).
As well as installing our range of products and solutions you will be heading up a small installation team and so you must possess both installation / electrical skills and leadership qualities, with a keen eye for detail and quality control. Good customer service skills are imperative as you will be dealing directly with our valued customers. The candidate would also be expected to work on their own for smaller installations, this is a completely hands on role.
The relevant candidate must be able to show previous supervisory experience and organisational skills with high standards of quality control and attention to detail.

Job Duties
Meeting customers and undertaking site surveys
Managing a small team with very high levels of quality control
Managing installation projects and sourcing materials
Assembling, installing and testing the company's range of Audiovisual Screens and Touch Screens
Assembling, installing and testing the company's range of Intelligent Glass and Film products
Basic electrical work and wiring
Servicing and maintaining products
Heading a small installation team whilst sometimes working on their own
Manage and control the health and safety of projects
Preparing Risk Assessment Method Statement documentation
Manage completion, training and handover of projects
Providing technical support to customers
Assist the production team in the factory when not on site
Driving the company vehicles to nationwide installations
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Electrical skills
Keen eye for detail
Ability to head a team or work on their own
Full UK driving license
Basic IT skills
Management or Supervisory Skills

Standard Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday - 8.30am - 5:00pm (39.5 hours per week plus overtime)
Evening work and weekends as required for onsite installations
Holiday: Holiday entitlement of 5.6 weeks (including public holidays) standard and 5.8 weeks (including public holidays) for employees who are in the companies employment up to the 31st December each year. The holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December. Holiday entitlement increases under our holiday loyalty programme.
