As a Gelato Artist Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service at all times. You will be trained in all aspects of this area within our stores; this is a varied position as you will not only be taking orders from our customers and ensuring our customers meet a friendly face when visiting our stores, but you will also be responsible for creating Amorino gelato! This involves maintaining product quality, portion control and ensuring all product served is to an exceptional standard. In return, you can receive competitive hourly pay plus full training is provided.

What the role includes

Welcomes, guides, and advises customers Knows all products and recipes perfectly Take orders and upsell Amorino products. Provides quality service as Gelato Artist. Prepare all orders as per request adhering to Amorino guidelines. Opens, closes, and keep the smooth running of store operations Ensures the proper receipt of product deliveries Conducts inventory and restocks
