As an Instore Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service at all times. You will be trained in all aspects of this area within our stores; this is a varied position as you will not only be taking orders from our customers via telephone, preparing pizza boxes and ensuring our customers meet a friendly face when visiting our stores, but you will also be responsible for creating our wondoughful pizzas! This involves maintaining product quality, portion control and ensuring all food is prepped and ready to go. In return, you can receive competitive hourly pay plus full training is provided. Our instore vacancies are for evenings and weekend work.
Purpose of the Role
Deliver an exceptional service to our customers as a representative of Domino's Pizza
Effective time management skills
Ability to effectively manage any operational duties in store
Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team
Ability to deal with customer queries effectively at all times
Support the store in the general running and housekeeping
Key Accountabilities
A friendly and a well-mannered approach with customers
Pro-active in planning and organising of time ensuring that orders are received by the customer within the specified time frame
General housekeeping during quiet periods
Pro-actively deals with customers at pace and apologise for any mistakes made
