Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Hire, train, and evaluate staff while providing ongoing supervision and support. Control inventory levels and place orders to minimize waste while keeping the shop well-stocked. Monitor financial performance, including sales and expenses, to achieve business goals. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly. Develop and implement engaging marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Maintain high-quality standards for all desserts through regular taste tests and inspections. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a clean and safe workspace. Prepare reports on sales and staff performance for upper management review. Collaborate with chefs to create exciting desserts and specials in line with franchise requirements. Foster customer engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Analyze financial data to optimize pricing and promotions. We require someone with experience is this field at managerial level.

Qualifications:

Management experience in retail or food service. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A passion for desserts and customer service.
