Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor and kitchen areas. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or restaurant setting is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving food preparation or serving. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential. Basic math skills are required for handling transactions and managing inventory. Experience in culinary or kitchen environments will be advantageous but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality service.
