We are looking for a Senior Fitness Instructor to join our bunch!

Responsibilities

Recruit, train and manage the fitness team, providing guidance and support.

Responsible for conducting Inductions, fitness programmes and personal training. Providing tailored fitness advice based on individual goals and fitness levels.

Oversee the Studio Timetable and deliver group exercise classes with high energy and passion.

Conduct membership tours to prospective members and complete the sign up process.

Ensure the gym and studio equipment is kept clean and well maintained and all health and safety procedures are followed.

Build rapport with members through consistent communication, addressing any concerns or enquiries to ensure member satisfaction.

Be proactive in growing your PT client base.

Ensure that water testing is carried out and recorded according to set standards.

Support management with the day to day operations of the Health Club ensuring the club runs efficiently.

Requirements

Level 3 Personal Training Qualification

Group Class Qualifications

Excellent communication and motivational skills and previous experience working within the fitness industry.

Flexible to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
