Job Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and enhancing the educational experience of our students. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing support to help students achieve their academic goals. This may be in school, at an outreach site in Barrow or one to one work in the community.

Duties



Develop and implement bespoke lesson plans that meet specific needs and cater to diverse learning styles. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons including discussions, and hands-on activities. Assess student performance through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational programme and share best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,841.00-28,225.00 per year
